• Standard metropolitan public-hospital transfers within our service range are included, subject to any applicable weight-related charges shown in the online estimator. This also applies to both natural burial packages. Noarlunga Hospital is outside the included transfer range; the transfer allowance is $475.
• The estimator adds $475 for a private hospital, private home, nursing home/aged care or other transfer location.
• The attending doctor’s medical-certificate allowance is $300 for transfers other than a public hospital. The issued death certificate is included in every package for every service; this separate doctor’s medical-certificate allowance is not a death-certificate charge.
• After-hours arrangements, transfers outside the stated coverage and requirements not covered by the online allowances need confirmation in your written estimate.

The $350 preparation fee applies to Direct Personal/Legacy and Traditional cremation only as described in the preparation conditions below, for open-casket viewing or required in-person identification. It is charged once if both apply. Any separate additional-care charges are shown in the online estimator. Do not add it to a package that already includes the relevant preparation.

Burial and natural burial exclude grave plots, cemetery/interment fees, earth or concrete removal, headstones and permanent memorials. Enfield starting prices use Wattle 1; Centennial Park starting prices use Florey. Other rooms require an individual estimate. Church, home and other-venue packages exclude external venue and clergy fees. Catering, upgraded items and optional personal choices may add to the total unless included in the selected package.

For standard-size models, these are additional upgrade amounts including GST, not total funeral prices. The amount depends on the coffin range already included in your package:

• Lightwood included: Signature +$3,190; Prestige +$3,985.
• Mid-range included: Signature +$1,990; Prestige +$2,785.
• Premium-range included: Signature +$790; Prestige +$1,585.
• Only the Sensible Casket included: Signature +$3,790; Prestige +$4,585.

Natural burial retains its separate Daisy Box and wicker options. Suitability, availability and any larger-size requirements must be confirmed.

The Essential Direct package is available only when a valid Form 7 Certificate of identification of deceased has already been completed, the relevant requirements are satisfied, and no further in-person identification or viewing is needed.

Basic care remains included. Additional preparation for viewing or identification is not included in Direct or Traditional package prices. A $350 fee including GST is required when an open-casket viewing is requested or in-person identification is required. No preparation fee applies to a closed-casket farewell when no in-person identification is needed. Choosing a closed casket does not remove an identification requirement.
