On receipt of a call for assistance in organising a funeral,

Sensible Funerals will:

• Visit you in the comfort of your home to arrange details (or at our office if you prefer)
• Transfer the deceased into our care
• Prepare and dress as required
• Supply casket or coffin selected
• Obtain all certificates and permits
• Book the chosen chapel  and lounge or other venue
• Pay cremation fees or cemetery costs
• Supply Silk flowers
• Supply music
• Publish a funeral notice
• Conduct the funeral with one of our celebrants, or we can book a minister of your choice
• Funeral attendants and hearse are supplied
• Apply for a death certificate on your behalf
• Organise memorial cards, flags, flowers, doves, organists or catering on your behalf.

At your request, our celebrants conduct an uplifting service while inviting family and friends to contribute with personal tributes.

The Service usually takes around half an hour, leaving another hour over a cup of tea or coffee in the lounge.

Most clients choose our modern Chapel and Lounge at Ridleyton (Central Adelaide), however we can conduct funerals at any location of your choice.

Our Chapel comfortably seats 100 people.	Take time after the service for tea and coffee with family and friends.
